All of our diffusers include a 1 Year Limited Warranty. Our Warranty covers any defects in the product - such as materials or craftsmanship - under normal consumer usage. To make a claim, contact the retailer or dealer where you purchased the diffuser for warranty claims. Or you can contact us directly.
To qualify, the diffuser must be shipped back to ZAQ. We will examine the diffuser and repair or replace with a diffuser of equal value*.

Our Warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:

Improper care, misuse or accidental breakage Use of scents/fragrances/oils that are not compatible with diffusers Use of blends containing carrier oils like vegetable oil, jabba-oil or massage oils
*Returns and replacements depend on the results of our in-house evaluation; fees may be in effect.

Please Note: When a product or part is exchanged, the original item becomes ZAQ’s property. Any replacement product provided under this limited warranty may vary in the color and/or cosmetic design from the original product and may not include any original engraving or similar customization. Warranty doesn’t include to and from postage charges to the ZAQ repair center for a product covered under warranty. However, we do cover the postage if the defect is found within 30-days of purchase and proof of purchase such as an invoice is required.
